The motel is conveniently located close to the main strip of Gatlinburg, offering easy access to attractions like the SMNP, aquarium, and the Gatlinburg strip. The rooms have some issues with maintenance and cleanliness, but overall, the friendly service and peaceful location by the creek make it a decent choice for a stay. The dining options are limited and come at an additional cost, slightly impacting the overall experience.

The location is very good with a babbling brook outside, convenient trolley stop, and close proximity to Gatlinburg. The dining experience was mediocre, and the hotel facilities were acceptable.
